At Zigrox, we are committed to providing high-quality software and business management solutions. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved only if it meets our refund eligibility criteria.

Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been fully delivered, customized solutions, or cases involving misuse of the platform.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.
